I have enjoyed living in Granite Bay for over 25 years, having raised and educated my children here. Granite Bay, CA is a lovely, family centered community nestled next to Folsom State Park and Folsom Lake. There are several entry points from Granite Bay to the State Park and its paved bike trails, horse riding trails, and Folsom Lake.

 

Granite Bay offers several gated subdivisions, however, there are only two Luxury Homes subdivisions that are Guarded and Gated 24/7; Wexford Estates, and Los Lagos.  The non-guarded gated luxury subdivisions are Bella TerraGranite Bay Hills, Greystone, Silverwood, The Boulders, The Grove, Wedgewood, Winterhawk, Olive Ranch, The Residences, and Princeton Reach. A few of the Non-gated luxury subdivisions are Shelborne Estates, Eden Roc, Douglas Ranch, and Cavitt Ranch Estates.  Each of these luxury subdivisions are unique and offer something special.  *If you get "No results" when clicking on one these links, it means there are currently no listings available in that subdivision.

 

Granite Bay offers the home buyer a wide variety of homes and life styles.  We have plenty of acreage properties for those that prefer No HOA's and privacy, and for those that prefer their animals and horses as their closest neighbors. We have homes within walking distance to our outstanding schools, and older homes that have larger lots and privacy needing a little TLC updating to make them shine.  There is truly something for everyone in Granite Bay!

 

Granite Bay schools, family life style, location, and topography are magnets to those looking to relocate here.  The topography is comprised of rolling hills, a lot of natural, indigenous plants and Oak trees, ponds, and beautiful granite outcroppings.  Granite Bay is located below the snow line and above the fog line.  Sierra Tahoe Ski resorts are only about an hour and a half away. Granite Bay is about an hour and a half from many other day trip opportunities to choose from as well, like San Francisco, the Wine Country, several rivers and lakes, and the Delta.
